Return Policy

Revisions: Before any design is finalized, clients are granted up to 5 revisions. This ensures alignment with expectations. For optimal results, we urge clients to provide comprehensive feedback.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Before Design Begins: Full refund available, though transaction fees will be deducted.
  • Post-Design: Once a design receives approval and finalization, refunds will no longer be available.

Project Delays: Should "Help Develop" not deliver the initial design mockup within the stipulated period without a credible reason, clients might qualify for a 25% refund.

Project Abandonment: A project is deemed "abandoned" if a client does not communicate or furnish necessary feedback within 2 weeks. Subsequent to this, refunds are not available, and any outstanding payments remain due.

Third-Party Expenses: Costs associated with third-party elements such as domain registration, hosting, stock images, or plugins are not refundable.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please submit a written request via email within 1 week of the service's purchase. If approved, the refund will be processed in 10 business days via the initial payment method.

Limitation of Liability: Refunds only cover the exact amount paid for the web design service. "Help Develop" disclaims responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages/losses stemming from our services.
